SkyFrequency Networks, a Mississippi-based communications company headquartered in Madison, Mississippi, provides unified business communications solutions enabled by VoIP technology and computer networking and repair services.

Voice Over Internet Protocol (VoIP) service is one of the fastest growing segments of the “digital” age, which includes: Hosted PBX, VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) services. VoIP services alone are estimated to see a 79% market penetration in the U.S. in 3 years, according to In-Stat, Fierce Telecom, and Jupiter Research. Broadband voice services continue to rise rapidly in the US as the service of choice for businesses and the consumer over cable and traditional telecommunications companies.

SkyFrequency Networks offers unique, robust solutions furnishing businesses with enhanced communication services to this growing market segment. The Company provides the served areas and communities with the most advanced communication technology available, keeping businesses connected with the world. SkyFrequency also provides IT services, computer networking and computer repair services, working with businesses internal IT personnel or becoming a business’ virtual IT department.

SkyFrequency Networks was founded, by CEO/President Wade Spooner and Executive Vice President/CMO Ted Parsons. The executive management team has a proven track record of successfully building communications businesses with over 40 years of combined experience in the communications industry. This experience consists of building two (2) communications companies in Jackson, Mississippi from early stage start-up to successfully selling them both to publicly-traded companies.

Spooner and Parsons were pioneers in the competitive long-distance deregulation in the communications industry during the 1990’s providing long distance telecom services to consumer retail and commercial customers throughout thirty-three (33) states with primary focus in Arkansas, Alabama, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi and Tennessee. The Company grew to become the 3rd largest Mississippi facilities-based Interexchange long distance service carrier in 1998 and was successfully acquired by a regional publicly-traded communications company in November 1998.

In 2001, Spooner and Parsons founded a competitive local exchange carrier (CLEC) that provided voice, video and data services to consumer retail, commercial and wholesale customers throughout Alabama, Louisiana and Mississippi. The Company grew to become a facilities-based CLEC and in 2005 merged into the U.S. subsidiary of a public international telecom company. Spooner and Parsons operated and expanded the Company’s service area to include the southeast and southwestern U.S. through many acquisitions of other communications companies through 2008.

In 2010 Spooner and Parsons formed SkyFrequency with the mission to grow and expand Broadband services by deploying Hosted PBX, VoIP services as well as building wireless meshed networks to municipalities, multi-dwelling unit communities, residential and business customers.
